Megan Elwell is an Environmental Scientist at GZA GeoEnvironmental Inc. This is her first term as the RIFMA Board Chair.

Lance Hill, P.E. is a Managing Engineer at Pare Corporation. This is his second term as Vice Chair for the RIFMA Board.

Casey Merkle is the Coordinator for the Wood-Pawcatuck Wild and Scenic Rivers Stewardship Council. This is her first term as Secretary for the RIFMA Board.

Emily Morse is the GIS Coordinator for Pawtucket, RI. This is her second term as Treasurer for the RIFMA Board.

Art Gold is a watershed hydrologist with a research focus on the effects of land use and natural features on water quality and river flow regimes.

Wayne is the EMA Executive Project Manager at East Providence Fire Department and Emergency Management Agency. This is his fourteenth term on the RIFMA Board.
